Can I purchase goods with a receipt as an individual and I do not own a company?
Yes of course.
Is 20% VAT added to the receipt as in the case of a purchase with a VAT invoice?
Yes, VAT is added, regardless of whether the purchase is on invoice or receipt.
Can I purchase items individually?
Unfortunately not, our store is a wholesaler and we do not sell retail goods.
Can I purchase goods at net prices, without an invoice or receipt?
We must add VAT to each item you purchase, for which a receipt or invoice must be issued.
Can I count on a discount?
Yes, absolutely. We approach each client individually and always strive to satisfy them.
Do I have to log in to place an order?
- Not necessarily, you don't need to log in to place an order in our store, you just need to send it to us.
- All without wasting time, we will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your order.
How long do I have to wait for my order package?
- The waiting time for the parcel is usually one business day if the delivery is in Poland.

Is there a minimum order value?
- In our store, the customer orders the quantity they wish, the minimum order quantity is always written under the product.
- If a customer would like a different quantity than that in the description, they can always call and ask
